Jo Caruana is the founder and CEO of the Finesse Group. The Group's various arms work together to finesse every aspect of the client journey - from Storybrand messaging, content, PR, and communications, to customer care training and business etiquette. Jo is a passionate supporter of business - and especially small businesses or those that bring something positive to the world. She is never happier than when strategizing with her (95% female!) team and other key collaborators on how to help a small business get to the next level. Jo lives on a canal boat in England with her husband and two dogs, Pip and Kevin. She loves any excuse for food, time with friends, and regular trips to the theatre. Jo is also a writer, editor, actress, and presenter.
